Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2016 registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 09.08.2016, 16.08.2016 and 01.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 30879 of 2016, 31805 of 2016 and 36807 of 2016 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.21252 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mrs. Aditi Gupta, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Shastrinagar P.S.
