The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 882 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 342, 323, 504, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner neither took loan from the complainant nor she had executed any document in that regard in question. It is further submitted that a case of money claim has been given colour of criminal case just in order to put pressure upon the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the F.I.R. and submissions made above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S.
