Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajigir P.S.Case No.216 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that the petitioner and accused persons came variously armed and the petitioner Muna Kumar assaulted by iron rod on the head of the informant and the petitioner Fantush Kumar given Farsa blow on the head of the son of the informant causing injury to them . There is also allegation of snatching of Rs.2,000/- by the petitioner Munna Kumar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51550 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure 3 series. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S.Case No.216 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
