2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 24.02.2015 passed in Appeal Case No. 36 of 2014, by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5722 of 2015 dt.31-08-2017 2/2 District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Arwal.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory time, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the parties, without being prejudiced by the present order.
