JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Either the Registrar settles the left over issue of Earned Leave keeping in mind that the calculation indicated in paragraph 6 is totally irrational because a similar kind of mischief made earlier in yet another case has already been answered and the settlement of the Earned Leave has to be done accordingly or else he appears before this Court to explain to the Court the methodology adopted. The other issue is payment of interest of GIC. Even this issue seems to have already been answered in other litigation by this Court that an employee is
Patna High Court CWJC No.12996 of 2015(5) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 entitled to payment of interest till the date of payment. Therefore, both the issues have to be settled within a period of four weeks.
Writ application stands disposed of. If the order and direction is not complied then the Registrar will be hauled up in a contempt, if the situation arises.
