JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Despite repeated calls no body appears for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No.111 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report that the petitioners along with others mercilessly assaulted the informant, his father and three others, namely, Rajesh Choudhary, Munni Devi and Soma Kumari as a result of which father of the informant died on the spot and others were taken to hospital for treatment, I am not inclined to grant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26234 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 them pre-arrest bail.
Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
