2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 75(2), 78(2), 308(2), 308(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 31.08.2024 at about 12.45 PM (afternoon), the informant alongwith her friend had visited near Marine Drive Golambar, where this petitioner, who identified himself as a retired Army Driver, stopped them and also took out key from informant's bike and took the names of informant's parents and mobile number. It is further alleged that this petitioner also took photographs of informant by getting her closed with her friend and took Rs.1,000/- from informant by

No.60271 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/3 threatening her that he would send the taken photographs to informant's parents and thereafter, on the same date at 4:00 PM, the petitioner called on the mobile of informant and asked her to establish physical relation with him otherwise, he would send the aforesaid photograph to her parents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is retired Army personnel and presently engaged as Private Security Guard at P.M.C.H., Patna. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, the informant was found doing obscene activities with her boyfriend in the area of Marine Drive, Patna, on which, petitioner objected and asked her to go to her house after taking her mobile number and petitioner, only with a view to inquire as to whether the informant has reached her house or not, had made call on informant's mobile. But, the informant, being annoyed with the aforesaid act of the petitioner, lodged this false and concocted case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail

No.60271 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 3/3 on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 599 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
