JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-02-2015 The petitioners approach this Court by way of public interest litigation complaining that the respondents are proposing to construct a Purifying Water Tank covering the entire area of public park.
This Court entertained the writ petition and passed the
Patna High Court CWJC No.673 of 2013 (3) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 interim order. On account of the same, the construction of the Water Tank was stopped.
On behalf of the State, learned Principal Additional Advocate General submits that Purifying Water Tank has been shifted to different places.
Therefore, we dispose of the writ petition as it has become infructuous.
