The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Mehsi P. S. Case No. 139 of 2013, Trial No. 833/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, seeks the privilege of pre-arrest bail. Allegedly, 8 to 10 miscreants entered into the house of the informant and committed dacoity. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Pramod Kumar Soni. In such cases T.I. Parade is required and as such, it is not a fit case for pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
