Petitioner is accused in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the I.P.C and 30(A) 41(1) of Bihar Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from his possession and has no criminal history. Also the petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2017.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
