2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.07.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17645 of 2020, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 262 of 2018, pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, District- Rohtas at Sasaram and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62400 of 2023(4) dt.12-02-2024 2/3 petitioners were directed to surrender in the court below within a period of one month from the date of the order dated 13.07.2020 and furnish bail bond.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some unavoidable reasons the petitioners could not surrender in the court below well within time. It is prayed on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners that further time may be extended so that the petitioners could surrender in the court below.

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order dated 13.07.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17645 of 2020, will be same.

5. The order dated 13.07.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17645 of 2020, is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. The present application is disposed of.
