2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 351(1) & (2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner, in connivance with other two co-accused, assaulted son of informant (Vikram Kumar) and Rajeev Kumar (friend of informant's son) by means of brick. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
