Matter is relating to transfer of the appellant. It is seen that transfer is effected in the year 2016 and he had filed CWJC No. 18634 of 2016 and it was disposed off, thereafter, his

Patna High Court L.P.A No.877 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 representation was rejected on 13.03.2018. Feeling aggrieved by the rejection of his representation dated 13.03.2018 he had presented CWJC No. 8654 of 2018 and it was dismissed, thus, the appellant has presented the present appeal. It is evident that there is no interim order in favour of the appellant so as to examine validity of the transfer order read with rejection of appellant's representation dated 13.03.2018 in the year 2022. Moreover the order of transfer has already spent its force.

In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present appeal stands dismissed.
