Perused the impugned order dated 01.12.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge who has dismissed the writ application based on the principle of law decided in the cases of Smt. Renu Kumari Pandey Vs. State of Bihar reported in 2011 (4) PLJR 297 and Kalpana Rani Vs. State of Bihar reported in 2014 (2) PLJR 665. Since the law has already been settled that no issue

Patna High Court LPA No.911 of 2015 dt.01-08-2017 relating to appointment or non-appointment on the post of Panchayat Siksha Mitra can be agitated after 01.07.2006, the learned Single Judge has committed no error in law.

The appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
