JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2018 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition has prayed for directing the respondents to give the benefits of the pay scale of Rs. 4500-125-7000 w.e.f. 1.1.1996 along with financial benefits w.e.f. 1.4.1997 considering the fact that similarly situated persons have also got the said benefits.

In view of the nature of the prayer made by the petitioner, I do not think it fit to keep this case pending, hence the respondent no.4 is directed to consider the grievances of the petitioner and take a final decision with regard to the claim of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16440 of 2010 (4) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from today. The respondent no.4 shall also take into account the order dated 14.7.2009 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 1870 of 2003 i.e. the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
