The petitioner seeks bail in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
27 litres country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22258 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017.
