The petitioner seeks bail in Ghosi P.S. Case No. 348/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The informant lodged the case against unknown of robbery of his motorcycle, money and mobiles. The petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 569/2016. Thereafter, the petitioner is also remanded in this case. The petitioner is in jai since 19.01.2017, but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21350 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S.
