JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that one of the co-accused who is brother of the petitioner has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 5.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 20796 of 2017 and the case of this petitioner is on similar footing. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
