Petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 495 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307, 386, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged in the written report that Guddu Mahato fired on account of which Rakesh Kumar sustained injuries, whereas the petitioner was present there. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no any allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since, 04.12.2016.
Considering the above facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20845 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 495 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
