Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar (Mu) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of 5 liters of country made liquor petitioner has been in custody since 30.03.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21546 of 2017 (2) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Purnea in connection with Sadar (Mu) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2017.
