The present application has been filed for directing the Respondents not to shift/Merge Bank of India Branch, Kiratpur Rajarem, Branch Vaishali to Bank of India, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali branch and allow Bank of India, Kiratpur Rajaram, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali to function in campus of Vishun Roy collage, Kiratpur Rajaram, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali.
