Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 150 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the petitioner had on dated 25.03.2022 lodged a case vide Punaura P.S. Case No. 63 of 2022 with regard to issuance of different cheques by making forged signature of the petitioner in favour of Saroj Kumar and Ganga Traders as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner has no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 150 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
