JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 5/ 21-08-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that cousin brother-in-law (Chachera Sala) of the petitioner, namely, Suraj @ Suraj Kumar, son of Dharamraj Chandravanshi and father of brother-in-law (Sadhu) of the petitioner, namely, Lal Deo Ram @ Lal Deo Singh, son of Brij Bihari Singh, who are the distant relatives of the petitioner, are ready to stand as sureties since the close relatives do not have adequate papers with regard to the property. Both the aforesaid persons are having relevant papers in respect of the property.

In such circumstances, the order dated 18.07.2017, by which the petitioner was granted provisional bail, is modified to the extent that aforesaid two persons will stand as sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20877 of 2017 (5) dt.21-08-2017 petitioner in place of close relative(s) of the petitioner. Let this order be communicated to the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.146 of 2016 giving rise to Sessions Trial No.09 of 2017.
