The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Bhagwanpur (Teyai O.P.) P.S. Case No.2 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323,385, 379, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is direct allegation against the petitioners. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will pass an order on its own merit on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26730 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 the same day without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
