Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 30(a)/38(i) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in no way concerned with the alleged recovery. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.03.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
