The petitioner seeks bail in Chousa (Fulaut) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

7.5 liters country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 05.03.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for about two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21087 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, UdaKishunganj in connection with Chousa (Fulaut) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017.
