Vide order dated 10.04.2024, this matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Center for its resolution and from perusal of the Mediator's report, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is attached with the report at Flag 'B' of the writ application.

Considering the report of the Mediator, petitioner is directed to abide by the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties.

As such, let the above named petitioner, be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55297 of 2023(6) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 provisional bail for a period of one year, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.156 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. 5.
However, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned Court below itself after satisfying that the petitioner has complied with the terms of settlement as mentioned in the Mediator's Report.
