The petitioner seeks bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 26/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

From the possession of the petitioner 200 pouches each containing 200 ml was recovered. 40 litres of country-made liquor was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.02.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for two and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
