The following writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following relief:- (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2-State Level Committee for Wood-Based Industries, Bihar to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2025 (Annexure-P-4) requesting therein to grant approval to the Licensing OfficerCum-Divisional Forest Officer, Bhagalpur Forest Division, Bhagalpur to transfer/renew the License No. 13 of 1996 on the basis of "Sale" in terms of the Bihar Wood-Based Industries (Establishment & Regulation) Act, 2025 and the aforesaid representation is still pending for consideration before the State Level Committee for Wood-Based Industries, Bihar, Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13278 of 2025(2) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 (ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to accept the renewal license and to duly renew the License No. 13 of 1996 in term of decision of SLC dated 14.01.2025.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the operation of saw mill in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if an order is passed for disposal of annexure IV dated 5.5.2025 which is pending before the respondent no. 02.

4. In view of the above, the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as contained in annexure IV of this writ application within four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
