This criminal miscellaneous application is for modification in the order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4046 of 2017 by submitting that the husband of the petitioner is in custody and now, there is no near relative to stand as bailor and as such the word "near" should be expunged so that the petitioner may be able to file her bail bond.
In the facts and circumstances, stated above, the order dated 30.03.2017 is modified to the extent that one of the bailors must be a relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and, accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous application for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23106 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 modification is hereby allowed.
