2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file revision before the Divisional Commissioner against the order dated 04.07.2022 passed in Rev. Appeal No. 25 of 2022 by the Collector, Bhojpur, Ara.

3. The Divisional Commissioner is directed to dispose the revision within a period of 60 days from the date of production of the revision application on behalf of the petitioner.
