No one is present on behalf of the appellant. Learned A.C to G.P. 10 is present.

In spite of repeated calls no one turned for the appellant. The appellant has not complied the Court's order and failed to file deficit court fee in spite of sufficient opportunities given to him. It reveals that the appellant has lost interest in this appeal resulting, deficit court fee is not being filed. In the result, this appeal is hereby dismissed for default.
