JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-09-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the petition of the petitioner is pending before the DCLR Danapur and he may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and after considering Section 6 of the Bihar Land Reforms Act 1950.

As the petitioners only wants disposal of their application, the State has no objection.

The DCLR Danapur, is directed to dispose the pending application of the petitioner which is fixed on 29th of September, 2022 in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and he will also consider the argument of the petitioner and Section 6 of the Bihar Land Reforms Act 1950.
