The petitioner seeks bail in Barhara P.S. Case No. 44/2017 corresponding to Special Excise Case No. 520/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner was apprehended while he was going on a motorcycle and 12 litres of country-made liquor was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 14.03.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions
