Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 273, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the joint house of the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Case No. 128 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
