JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of Chandan Kumar, who has already been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 9007 of 2011 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21400 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 Patna/Successor Court, in connection with S.T. No.756 of 2016, arising out of Hawai Adda P.S. Case No.159 of 2009, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
