The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No.13 of 2018 registered under Sections 307amd 386 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for an occurrence of 2nd January, 2018, the fardbeyan was recorded on 23rd January, 2018 and the first information was lodged on 29th January, 2018 for which no

No.26229 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 reasonable explanation has been given by the informant as also that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Begusarai in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No.13 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
