Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is not named in the FIR. His name has surfaced in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Md. Rizwan. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65117 of 2021(2) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 2869/2019, subject to conditions that:-

(1) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below.

(2) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (S. Kumar, J) Rajiv/veenaU
