2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 182 of 2025, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioners along with other co-accused persons abused and assaulted the informant due to which he sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating material have been recovered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54010 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that no specific allegation of assault has been attributed against the petitioners rather they caught hold the informant. It is further submitted that specific allegation of assault is against co-accused, namely, Minesh Chaudhary. The injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. The petitioners are in custody since 15.05.2025 and have got two criminal antecedents.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 182 of 2025.
