This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act. Eighteen liters of Nepali liquor was allegedly recovered from the motorcycle of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2017 and has stated, on oath, that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
