This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Dehri Mufassil P.S. Case No. 172 of 2022 registered under section 302, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is accused of killing his wife within a year of marriage for demand of dowry. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56530 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
