2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 231 of 2023, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 225, 333, 307, 337, 338, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, four persons in drunken state were apprehended by the police party whereafter the accused persons created chaos and started pelting stones on the police team due to which members of police party sustained injury and the vehicle also got damaged.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59020 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR but no incriminating article has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. No specific allegation is attributed towards the petitioner. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 231 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Rajorshi/- U T
