The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The victim girl (daughter of the informant), in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the entire prosecution case and submitted that out of her own will, she went alone at Surat and solemnized marriage with this petitioner in a temple and now, she wants to live with him. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner, in the event of his
