The present petition has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 12.01.2016, passed by J.M. 1st class, Patna in Complaint case no. 2295 (C) of 2015 (Jessie Goerge @ Jessie Sushil Modi v. Ramdhani Singh), whereby and whereunder the learned court below has taken cognizance under Section 500 I.P.C. against the petitioner.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to raise all the issues raised in the present petition, before the learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage. Liberty so sought, is granted.
