The petitioner seeks bail in G.R.P., Patna (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 128 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment acts, 2016.

15 liters of Indian made foreign liquor is said to have recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.03.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Railway, Patna in G.R.P., Patna (Rajendra Nagar) P.S.
