JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 25-04-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62084 of 2017 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.43 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. Counsel for the petitioner, learned APP as well as BSFC are present.

It has been submitted that on 13.03.2018 the petitioner has surrendered in compliance of this Court's order, but due to strike of lawyers in the Civil Court, Begusarai, order of this Court could not be complied with.

In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below in terms of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20327 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 the order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62084 of 2017 This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
