The petitioner is accused in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 registered under Sections 498A, 494, 342, 448, 504, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of demand of dowry, torturing and assaulting the informant as well as her daughter and also ousting her from the matrimonial house due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.
Submission is that the petitioner is husband of the informant, he has falsely been implicated in the present case due to misunderstanding and is in custody since. 01.03.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23197 of 2017 (2) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017, subject to the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
