2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 96, 3(5) of B.N.S. and later on, Sections 137(2), 96, 64(1) were added and Section 4, 6 of POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 21.10.2024 at 12.30 PM, the minor daughter of the informant went missing and in course of search, when informant reached at the house of petitioner, he was informed by petitioner's mother that daughter of informant was kidnapped by this petitioner.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has supported the prosecution case and stated that it was this petitioner, who kidnapped her and committed wrong with her.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
