Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2017 arising out of Sabour P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016 registered under Sections 364(A)/34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Md. Tabrej and Niranjan Kumar have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 5287 of 2017 and 7740 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2016.
