2. After some argument, learned Senior Advocate on behalf of the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present application in order to surrender and seek regular bail.

4. In case of the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail within a period of three weeks, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present withdrawal and the same may be considered preferably on the same day and would also consider that a certificate case for realization of the amount has also been filed and is pending.
